Dear Sir or Madam:

The Superior Court of California, County of San Benito (the “Court”) is in the process of updating its local rules of court. Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.613(g), the Court is distributing the proposed revisions for your comment.

The proposed revisions are attached to this email message in the form of a PDF document. Additions to the current local rules are shown in red text; deletions are shown in blue strikethrough text.

The deadline for receipt of comments is 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2023

To submit comments by email, fill out and return the attached response form to Nancy.Iler@sanbenito.courts.ca.gov. To submit comments by traditional mail, fill out and return the response form to the address indicated on the form.
