Hearing Reminder Service

Click here to start using Hearing Reminder Service: HRS: Hearing Reminder Service (ca.gov)

Court users and attorneys looking for a way to get reminders of upcoming court dates can now use HRS to receive email and/or text message reminders two weeks or two days before the hearing, or both.

Anyone can schedule a reminder:

  • Litigants
  • Attorneys
  • Law Enforcement
  • The General Public

There is no fee to sign up for hearing reminders through the HRS. If you opt in to receive text message reminders, standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

You need to have a case number to sign up for hearing reminders. If you don’t have the case number, you can conduct a Name Search through the Court’s Public Portal. You can access the Public Portal through the Court's website here.
