Professional Supervised Visitations
If you are a Professional Supervised Visitation Provider you must fill out the mandatory FL-324P form and submit it to the court.
Forms must be submitted online to Professionalproviders@sanbenito.courts.ca.gov
The Court will be closing at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 31st and remain closed on Thursday, January 1st. We will re-open on Friday, January 2nd at 8:00 AM.
